Blanch
green peas. Clean, wash and blanch fresh methi. Squeeze out all the water.
Then chop and keep aside. In a kadhai heat a spoonful of ghee and add cumin. Let crackle. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Saute. Add chana dal powder and let cook for two minutes. Add foodrite white gravy & equal quantity of water. Mix well and let come to a boil. Add fresh cream and milk. Let simmer on low flame for few minutes. Add salt, garam masala and elichi powder. Add green peas and chopped blanched methi leaves. Let cook for another few minutes. Finish with remining ghee and serve hot with little cream on top. |
