In a
kadhai heat butter, add cumin and let crackle. Add Foodrite Rozana Gravy, cook for a minute, add chilli powder &then add equal quantity water. Mix and let simmer for a few minutes. Add beaten curd and cream when on a low flame. Let simmer. Add prepared potatoes. Add salt, and let potatoes cook in the gravy for few minutes. Finish with kasuri methi & garam masala. Serve hot with butter roti or garlic naan. |
