Marinate
mutton with curd with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & ginger garlic
paste. Set aside for an hour. Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan. Cook marinated meat for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add Foodrite Roganjosh Masla and equal quantity water. Adjust seasoning. Now cover & let cook till meat is cooked. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with fresh Indian breads. |
