Chana Masala
(Yield after cooking approx. 300g)
Ingredients
80g Mrs Foodrite Chana Masala,
170g Boiled Chana,
½ teaspoon Butter,
A pinch of Kasuri methi.
Heat a pan and take 80g Mrs Foodrite
Chana Masala, cook for few minutes, Add equal quantity of water and cook till
mix well.
Add 170g boiled Chana, Cook for few minutes. Now mash some chana with spoon. Add salt.
Finsh with 1 teaspoon of butter and a pinch of kasuri methi, serve hot with jeera rice.
