Hawaian BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
readymade 9 inch pizza base
20 gms food rite hickory barbecue sauce 20 gm food rite chilli garlic dip
40 gms Food rite pizza topping
60 gms food rite cheese blend
20 gms mozzarella cheese grated
½ medium red onion in slices
½ cup mixed red yellow and green capsicum cut in small dices
½ cup ripe pineapple cut cubes
1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded or sliced
Salt n pepper to taste
Mixed pizza seasoning for taste
Green onion or fresh coriander for garnish
Preheat oven to 220°c.
Spread pizza topping on the base.
Ina bowl mix all the vegetables, hickory bbq sauce, chilli garlic dip, seasoning, salt & pepper. Spread this mixture on top of pizza topping carefully .
Now drizzle cheese blend and mozzarella on top .
place pizza on baking tray and place oven. Bake until crust is golden and pizza is cooked through and toppings are melted, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing.
